All the images featured on this website have been captured using various 28mm fixed lenses, employed on either digital or analog 35mm camera bodies, or their equivalent systems. The primary objective of this project is to showcase the remarkable versatility of this specific focal length. Embracing the constraint of a fixed focal length offers a profound sense of freedom when it comes to interpreting and composing photographs.
This endeavor is spearheaded by Harry Fodor, the founder, operator, and creative mastermind behind the project. Born in ‘76, he currently resides in the picturesque city of Munich, Germany. His upbringing in three diverse cultural milieus has endowed him with the invaluable qualities of attentiveness, flexibility, and adaptability. Following his academic pursuits in economics, computer linguistics and applied psychology, he ventured into various professional domains and held diverse positions. Throughout his life, photography has been an ever-present passion, from his early experiences aiding his grandfather in developing film to crafting stills, animations, and videos as integral elements of his current work.
“I strive to steer clear of clichés, resist the temptation to mimic established styles, and defy predictable expectations. My creative compass is guided by an unwavering curiosity, boundless patience, and meticulous attention to detail."
A great photograph is the culmination of a single, fleeting moment, where the elements of communication, emotion, technique, and intention harmoniously come together within a well-balanced composition.
